Randall Ramirez was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. A 22-year title industry veteran, he has done it all. Well-versed in luxury, builder, investment, farm and ranch, relocation, and human resources, Randall is thrilled to be Branch Manager | Escrow Officer at our gorgeous Dallas headquarters. Randall is invested in a personal and seamless closing for his clients and their clients. On a personal note, Randall loves to travel, sample great restaurants, cook, visit with friends near and far, and spend time with his family and two dogs.

Senior Escrow Assistant
Ruth is a Dallas/Fort Worth native. She brings over 26 years of title experience to Momentous Title Company. She’s excited to serve the team as a Senior Escrow Assistant. In her spare time, Ruth loves to host dinner parties for friends and family. She also enjoys hiking and being outdoors.

Joshua Garcia
Senior Escrow Officer
Joshua Garcia was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and currently resides Fort Worth, Texas with his family. He’s a 26-year title industry veteran, starting as a typist moving through the ranks to managing his own office. Well-versed in luxury, builder, investment, farm and ranch, foreclosure and REO, with a specialized focus on policy and procedure building and efficiencies. Joshua is elated to be the Sr. Escrow Officer at our Fort Worth location providing closing services and extending Momentous Title’s reach across Tarrant, Parker, Wise & Jack counties. On a personal note, Joshua loves to travel, enjoys cooking, mountain biking and spending time with his family and friends is paramount.
